To me, real estate is not just about a client buying a home. My belief is to counsel and guide buyers to the best possible decision about their investment. As a team, we are going to find the home that is right for you! My services do not end with the purchase of your home. Since finding your dream home will be a team effort, it might be helpful for you to know a little more about me:

Growing up in Germany, traveling through Europe and moving to the United States has been a great adventure, and also given me a broad perspective on different cultures and life styles.

After completing high school in Germany I soon started working for an architectural firm in Dallas/Ft Worth. Soon I graduated from architecture school and the following years I worked for architects and contractors in Dallas and Germany. Quickly I discovered that I enjoyed most working with people. The thought of my own business has always been a goal of mine and I had already fallen in love with Seattle on my travels.

Moving to Seattle in 1997 and starting my real estate career has been a successful and personally rewarding decision. It has not only enabled me to help many great people buy and sell their homes. I have also benefited by many new friendships. Since my business is build on the referrals of my satisfied customers, I will promise to give you the best possible service. And I will guarantee the same level of service for any of your friends and family.

My Business Philosophy

Last year 95% of my business came from referrals by past Clients. Referrals of friends and family are of great importance to me and the highest compliment I can recieve.

Only because of the continued referrals from my past Clients, am I able to spend the extra time with new clients to give them the service they deserve instead of randomly chasing new business.
